You should be very careful before letting anyone place fillers in your nose. The material is not FDA-approved for use in the nose.
Placing fillers in the nose can be very tempting. However, it has caused a number of very unfortunate side-effect such as skin loss, permanent deformities and aggressive infections.
Unless you are ready to deal with a permanent and irreversible problem, you should avoid having fillers placed in your nose.
The advantages of undergoing rasping of the hump include the permanent nature of it while reducing the size of the nose (not increasing the size of the nose with fillers).
